Rev. Moises Mosquera has been a full-time member of the IGSL faculty since 2007. He teaches classes in Biblical Studies and serves as a member of the Life Mentoring strategic team.

Moi, as he is called by everyone, joined staff with Philippine Campus Crusade for Christ (PCCC) in 2007, where he and his wife, Ella, serve as missionaries working alongside pastors, workers and leaders in Asia and beyond. He is a licensed physical therapist by profession but a pastor-teacher by calling.

Outside IGSL, he has helped in equipping other CCC staff in Asia through classes offered at the Institute of Leadership Studies in Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia (2009), in Surabaya, Indonesia (2011), in Siluguri, India (2013), in Bangalore, India (2014), and in Kerala, India (2013 and 2015).

In 2017, he became an ordained minister of the Conservative Baptist Association of the Philippines, Inc. (CBAP). He has been serving as Volunteer Pastor in the Exalting (Worship) and Equipping ministries at Greenhills Christian Fellowship-Northwest (GCF-Northwest) in Quezon City since 2010.

Moi is from Iloilo and Negros Occidental. He and his wife, Ella, are blessed with a daughter. Moi loves to spend quality time with his family, and looks forward to getaways in the cool mountains in northern Philippines. He also enjoys listening to music, singing, and playing the piano.

Together with his wife, he envisions servant leaders who accurately handle the Bible, possess practical ministry skills, and exhibit Christ-like character to spearhead movements in strategic sectors of society.
