Rev. Eric S. Agustin serves as Director of the Leader Impact Strategic Team and as such, he is part of IGSL’s Leadership Team. He has been a Cru Philippines staff member and an IGSL faculty member since 1995. He also serves as a member of the IGSL Board of Trustees. Aside from teaching, Eric leads an Iron Sharpening Group (ISG) and serves as a Target Area Ministry (TAM) coach.
Eric helped lead IGSL for several years, particularly as Associate Resident School Director from 2005 to 2006, as Resident School Director from 2006 to 2009, and as Executive Director from 2009 to 2014.
He was ordained at Word Community Church in 2005. At present, he serves as a member at Christ’s Commission Fellowship (CCF) Commonwealth.
Eric is passionate about reaching sectors of society for transformation. He is married to Michelle, and they are blessed with three sons. He loves playing basketball and enjoys watching movies to relax.
