Mary Michelle Gumogda-Agustin serves as part of the Leadership Team of the Partners in Ministry (PIM) program. She is the liaison between the PIM program and the Partners in Ministry Extension (PIM-Ex) program. With her husband Eric, Michelle has served as a Cru Philippines staff member and an IGSL faculty member since 1995. Aside from teaching in the PIM program and in IGSL’s English programs, she leads an Iron-Sharpening Group (ISG) and joins her husband in teaching marriage and parenting seminars, and leading Bible studies outside IGSL The calling to help fulfill the Great Commission has been clear and strong in Michelle’s heart. She believes that IGSL, with its mission and vision, and its international environment, is where God wants her to fulfill this calling. She is also committed to help raise young generations of committed followers of Jesus.  Michelle and Eric are blessed with three sons, Nathan, Timothy and Noah. Her life during the pandemic gave birth to an enjoyment of growing and propagating low maintenance plants. Reading Christian biographies and Christian living books, watching TED Talks, cooking new recipes, exercising, and watching K-Dramas are some of the other activities she likes to do to destress.
