The Coaching Workshop for Christian Workers
This course uses the C.O.A.C.H. Model developed by Keith Webb, which is a radically different approach to leading people. Rather than provide answers, leaders using this model ask questions to draw out what God has already put into others. In this course, anyone can learn how to create powerful conversations to assist others to solve their own problems, reach goals, and develop leadership skills in the process. You’ll find powerful tools and techniques you need to increase your leadership effectiveness.
When you take the Coaching Workshop for Christian Leaders, you get practical ministry skills training. Coaching skills will increase your effectiveness in your various ministry and leadership roles. People who take this workshop see significant advancements in their ministry impact, while seeing their stress and busy-ness go down.
It is not a new program for your church or another thing to add to your already busy schedule. It is an approach to doing ministry. It is a way of leading.
And it is not just the basics. This workshop is made for those who are experienced as well as those who are not-so-experienced in ministry.
After the intensive workshop you will be able to:

Dr. James Huculak is a staff member of Campus Crusade for Christ. He is a member of the teaching faculty and part of the Life Mentoring team at the International Graduate School of Leadership serving as an internal coach.
He finished a Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) in “Leadership Effectiveness” at the International Graduate School of Leadership. James is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). He brings to the workshop 10 years of coaching experience with people from a broad range of countries.
Participants can avail of a free 1-hour coaching session with the facilitator, Dr. James Huculak, within 6 months of the completion of the workshop.

ONLINE using Zoom (instructions sent to registrants). The Zoom app can be used with a computer, tablet, or cell phone.
Participants will need to download the app to their device beforehand and also need to print their own participant’s manual in order to benefit from the training.
