Rev. Dr. Ronald Dean Gaff serves in IGSL as Education Studies and teaches in the Leadership Studies Department. He leads an Iron Sharpening Group of students (ISG) and oversees IGSL’s building projects.

Dr. Gaff is a staff of Campus Crusade for Christ, serving six years in the United States before coming to the Philippines in 1979. His first years in the Philippines were spent helping build Filipino leaders for Great Commission ministry and the last two decades to developing Asian leaders as a faculty member at IGSL. He is an ordained pastor of the Churches of God General Conference.

Dr. Ron Gaff holds to the personal conviction that the Great Commission is an educational mandate to make leaders who make leaders. He believes that developing Great Commission leaders is the supreme and most enduring leadership development endeavor entrusted to man.

He is married to Jennifer Gaff, and they have two daughters, Caitlin and Renae. Basketball, exercise, and carpentry are some of the things he enjoys in his spare time.
