Reverend Peniel Gerada joined IGSL as full-time faculty in 2013. He teaches classes on Leadership Studies and serves in the Leader Impact team as Target Area Ministry (TAM) environment coordinator and coach. He also leads a group of students in his Iron Sharpening Group (ISG).
He started his pastoral ministry under the Christian and Missionary Alliance of the Philippines (CAMACOP) in 1998, and received his ordination in 2007. He is a certified teacher of Biblical Portrait of Marriage with WorldTeach Philippines and a certified True Love Waits facilitator. Moreover, he is part of the leadership team of a church in Manila, Golden City Alliance Fellowship.
Peniel is from General Santos City. He is married to Hazel Ann, and they have two daughters, Keilah and Krischa. In his free time, he enjoys playing basketball, table tennis, and chess as well as singing and playing the guitar.
