Dr. Frank Pardue is the Director of the DMin in Transformational Leadership program at IGSL. He is an ordained minister and has served for more than 35 years in tribal, rural, and urban church ministry. He has held both teaching and administrative posts at Koinonia Seminary in Davao and at IGSL.

Dr. Pardue is former Asia Director for an organization working in over 60 countries. For several years, he has been involved in Islamic studies as well as church planting and development.

His motto is: “Helping Asians Reach Asia.” He is personally committed to reproducible Asian leadership development through teaching, mentoring, and strategic planning. This includes developing disciple-making movements among the least evangelized people groups.

Dr. Pardue and his wife, Rosa, are blessed with three children and seven grandchildren. Some of his hobbies are travel and the study of Asian history and Asian church history. He loves spending time with family and grandkids.
