Nerissa Mamburam teaches leadership classes and mentors students as Target Area Ministry (TAM) coach. She is part of the Leader Impact strategic team.
For several years, Neri, as she is known to everyone, worked as a food technologist in two leading companies in the food industry both here in the Philippines and in Singapore. She held management positions and attended various conferences such as Implementing Strategy, Project Leadership, Leadership Development Program, and Haggai Institute Area Training Seminar, among others, held in the Philippines, Singapore, Switzerland, and the US.
In 2011, Neri retired early to pursue her dream to teach and took a master’s degree at IGSL. After graduating with highest honors in April 2013, she joined the IGSL faculty and became full-time staff with Philippine Campus Crusade for Christ (PCCC) in March 2014 after completing the Great Commission Training Center training.
Neri believes that God’s Word continues to be very relevant in guiding us not only for living but also in leading. Having had leadership experience in the corporate setting, she sees the great value of biblically based team leadership promoted and practiced by the IGSL faculty and passed on to students.
Neri is passionate about coaching leaders in the marketplace. In her spare time, she wishes to do more baking and flower arranging.
