Dr. Myoung Rim Lee has been a faculty member since 2011, teaching subjects in education. Her roles include being an Iron Sharpening Group (ISG) leader and a Leadership Development and Human Resource (LDHR) team member.

She has been a staff member of the Korea Campus Crusade for Christ (KCCC) since 1983 and was involved in various university ministries for twelve years. And she has served as a trainer of new staff training for six years and developed emerging man and woman leaders as a co-director of LDHR and an IBS lecturer of the organization for seven years before joining IGSL.

Dr. Lee is from Seoul, Korea. To fulfill the Great Commission, she believes it is crucial to equip and send mature leaders who are well-balanced with biblical philosophy, Christ-like character, and leadership skills. Furthermore, Christian education must be holistic, relevant, and contextual to result in transformation in person’s lives and societies. She is also passionately building young leaders as a mentor and coach.
