Known to everyone as Ella, she has been a full-time faculty member of the International Graduate School of Leadership since 2004 and has served as the Associate Dean of Student Affairs from 2009 to 2015.
Ella joined staff with Philippine Campus Crusade for Christ (PCCC) in 1993 after obtaining her college degree. For almost eight years, she helped pioneer a campus ministry in the northeast part of the Philippines where she enjoyed discipling students and teaching workers in the field. Ella also assisted in the translation and production of the Jesus Film in the Ibaloilanguage.
As an instructor at IGSL, she enjoys teaching practical leadership courses. She also serves as Iron Sharpening Group (ISG) leader, ministers alongside workers and leaders around Asia, and helps coordinate spiritual formation events in the community.
Reading, gardening, and family vacations up in the cool mountains of Benguet in northern Philippines are some of the things she enjoys. She is married to Moises Mosquera and a mother to their unica hija, Sophia Charis, who gives them great joy and delight.
Together with her husband, she envisions servant leaders who accurately handle the Bible, possess practical ministry skills, and exhibit Christ-like character to spearhead movements in strategic sectors of society.
