Beth has been on staff with Philippine Campus Crusade for Christ (PCCC) since 1986. She teaches courses in the Partners in Ministry (PIM) program and disciples ministry wives in her Iron Sharpening Group (ISG).
Beth is passionate in glorifying God by knowing Him and making Him known through intentional discipleship and mentoring of women in their pursuit of God and His purpose for their lives. She loves journeying with men and women who are like-minded in pursuing God and helping fulfill the Great Commission by developing leaders for world transformation.
Besides her teaching and administrative roles in IGSL, she is involved as core member of the Education Ministry at Grace Gospel Church North.
Beth grew up in the city of San Fernando, Pampanga. She is married to Raymond Chan, and they have twin daughters, Bea and Rea. She enjoys playing various sports like badminton and volleyball, as well as word games such as Scrabble and UpWords. Cooking, baking, and organizing their home are among other things she enjoys.
