(PIM 114 – 1 Credit Each Trimester for 6 Trimesters)
“Iron Sharpening Groups” (ISGs) are small groups designed for the purpose of growth and discipleship. They are an integral part of the Partners in Ministry Program. Made up of several students and led by a PIM faculty, the group meets for mutual encouragement, prayer, Bible study, fun, and fellowship.
It is a forum for discussing personal issues, applying things learned in class, interacting in an informal situation with the PIM faculty, and developing closer relationships with other students. All PIM students must take six trimesters of ISG in order to complete the PIM certificate.
