BUILDING LEADERS FOR TRANSFORMATION
At IGSL, education is more than academic training.
We equip leaders from key sectors of society to leverage servant-steward leadership for world transformation.
MISSION
The mission of IGSL is to develop servant-steward leaders for strategic impact in fulfilling the Great Commission.
VISION
IGSL envisions a growing network of Christ-like leaders building spiritual movements that are transforming lives, families, communities, and nations for the glory of God.

Frederick Paulo Tomacder, Philippines
Alumnus
“The training in IGSL is not confined to the classroom. Moreover, through my daily interaction with people in IGSL’s intercultural community, I gained insights into God’s work in other cultures and each story challenges me to remain faithful to God’s call and the Great Commission.”
Mirasol Mendoza, Philippines
Master of Divinity
