Beth has been on staff with Cru Philippines since 1986, and has been serving specifically at IGSL since 2011. She has been recently appointed as director of the Partners in Ministry (PIM) program of IGSL while teaching courses and mentoring women in her Iron Sharpening Group (ISG) in PIM.
Beth is passionate in glorifying God by knowing Him and making Him known through intentional discipleship and mentoring of women in their pursuit of God and His purpose for their lives. She loves journeying with women who are like-minded in pursuing God and helping fulfill the Great Commission by developing leaders for world transformation.
Besides her teaching, mentoring and leadership responsibilities in IGSL, she is involved in the prayer and discipleship ministry at Grace Gospel Church North.
Beth grew up in the city of San Fernando, Pampanga. She is happily married to Raymond Chan since 1993, and they have twin grown daughters, Bea and Rea. She enjoys playing various sports like badminton, table tennis and pickle ball, as well as word games such as Scrabble, Upwords and Bananagrams.
