IGSL FACULTY MEMBER SINCE 2024
Zonnie Cabaron served in government under the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) for more than twenty-four years, retiring with the rank of Jail Superintendent. Shortly thereafter, he joined the IGSL family as a full-time faculty member with his wife Angelica, a clinical counselor who also serves as a part-time faculty of the school. Zonnie and Angie have two grown children.

IGSL has standing Memoranda of Agreement (MOA) with most of the uniformed services of the Philippines, including the AFP (Armed Forces of the Philippines), PNP (Philippine National Police), BFP (Bureau of Fire Protection), BJMP (Bureau of Jail Management and Penology) and PCG (Philippine Coast Guard). Zonnie helps coordinate IGSL’s connections with these organizations, through offering formal training to their personnel via the Master of Arts in Transformational Leadership program, as well as providing various short-term seminars, retreats and educational modules. His passion is equipping government leaders for national transformation.
