IGSL FACULTY MEMBER SINCE 2013
Brian Virtue has been a staff member of Cru/Campus Crusade for Christ since 1998, serving in a variety of leadership development and training roles. Brian’s unpublished dissertation is Navigating Risk and the Threat of Loss in Transformational Servant Leadership: A Grounded Theory of When Unequal Negotiations Lead to Flourishing Outcomes in Southeast Asia and the United States of America (2022). In addition to enjoying coaching and writing, Brian loves playing basketball and the Christmas season, which made the Philippines a great fit!

Brian and his wife Christine lived in Manila with their three children (Morgan, Colin, & Kaelyn) for eight years before relocating to Long Beach, California where they continue to serve virtually as IGSL faculty members.
