Cynthia Roxas served as the Registrar of ISOT when the school was in its infant stage in Baguio City. She was part of PIM’s early stages of development and implementation, and has taught in the PIM program since its first year. She also served as its director for several years.

When her husband, Tom, was the CCC Director for South East Asia, she handled the ministry and personal development of the wives of the national team leaders of the SE countries. She also was the school’s Operations Director for 5 years, and thoroughly enjoyed that role because it gave her the opportunity to use and apply her gift of administration and management.

The roles that she has enjoyed all these years, and that have been life-giving for her are teaching, mentoring ISG women, helping beautify the campus, and partnering with her husband, Tom, in his leadership roles.

Tom and Cynthia have been blessed with three children: Pristine Melissa, who has been a campus missionary since she graduated from college; Patrick, a music guru, teaching at the University of the Philippines, married with one child; and Pete, a graphic designer.
