IGSL FACULTY MEMBER SINCE 2012
Steve Pardue grew up in Mindanao (the southernmost island of the Philippines), and returned to the Philippines with his wife, Teri in 2012. He serves as the Program Director for the ThM/PhD in Theological Studies hosted by IGSL in collaboration with the Asia Graduate School of Theology. He also serves at ATA Publications, where he oversees the acquisition and development of new non-commentary books, edits the Foundations in Asian Christian Thought series, and co-edits the Journal of Asian Evangelical Theology. He is the author or editor of ten books, including Why Evangelical Theology Needs the Global Church and Majority World Theology. His passion in teaching theology is to help leaders in the growing Asian church to love and understand their faith more deeply as they create new resources for their local contexts and seek to obey the Great Commission. In his free time, he enjoys reading and spending time with his four kids.
