Mary Grace Tanudtanud has been a full-time professor since 2012 under the Leadership Studies Department. Prior to joining the faculty at IGSL, Grace served in the government at the Department of Agrarian Reform from 1983 to 1988 and at the Land Bank of the Philippines from 1988 to 2003.

Grace has been actively involved in various ministry roles at Christ In You Faith International Ministries (CIYFIM) in San Fernando, Pampanga from 1984 to 1989, and at The Way Christian Ministries (TWCM) in Cagayan de Oro City from 1993 to 2003. In 2004, she took up seminary studies at the International School of Theology – Asia (ISOT-Asia), now known as the International Graduate School of Leadership (IGSL). Shortly after graduating from IGSL, she served as an adjunct faculty member from 2008 to 2012.

Outside IGSL, her ministries include conducting training and seminars on studying the Bible, small groups, and biblical counseling. She also facilitates spiritual retreats.

Grace was born to Eugenio (deceased) and Teresita Loria in Mlang, Cotabato. She has three siblings, Mary Mylene, Mark Victor, and Peter John.
