Erickson Garraton enjoys playing basketball and volleyball. He is also passionate about strategy games such as chess and Game of the Generals, which challenge his critical thinking. Beyond sports and games, Erickson has a strong interest in creativity and innovation. He enjoys coming up with new ideas, exploring different ways to solve problems, and engaging in activities that allow him to design, create, and improve. Erickson enjoys teaching in the following areas:
  • Disciple Making in the Workplace Ministry
  • Holistic Frameworks and Strategies for Workplace Ministry
  • Spiritual Formation, Spiritual Disciplines, and Spiritual Direction, including Spiritual Direction Training
  • Organizational Development and Change, Restorative Justice and Conflict Resolution, Leadership Formation, Contemporary Teaching and Preaching, Soft Skills Development for professionals.
  • Coaching and Mentoring, Singleness and Marriage, addressing key aspects of personal emotional, relational, and spiritual growth.
