Rev. Dr. Nehemiah Sia has been a member of the adjunct faculty since 2005.

Outside IGSL, he has served in churches both here in the Philippines and in the US as choir member, Sunday school teacher, worship leader and pastor. Presently, he is an associate pastor of Jubilee Evangelical Church (JEC) and a board member of the Filipino Chinese Christian Foundation.

He has also led various events for the youth. In 2015, he was overall coordinator of the Filipino Chinese Christian Foundation Nationwide Youth Conference, and from 2008 to present, he serves as spiritual director for The Disciples’ League College Campus Ministry and the Agape Realm Fellowship of JEC.

He wrote a Master of Theology thesis on “Developing and Maintaining Harmony in Multicultural Churches” and a Doctor of Ministry dissertation about developing and evaluating a spiritual formation program that affects discipleship among the Chinese Filipino youth. He also wrote an unpublished book, Now What? The Difference Between Truth and Error.

Dr. Nehemiah is married to Ann, and they have been blessed with a son, Nathan Andrew. They live in Quezon City. He reads books regularly, and listens to The Table, a podcast on key topics related to God, Christianity and culture. He is musically and artistically inclined, and plays basketball, table tennis, chess and volleyball.
