Dr. Henry Tan is the president of the International Leadership Consortium (ILC) and a senior member of the vice-president’s team for Global Leadership Development and Human Resources of Cru (formerly Campus Crusade for Christ).
He focuses on leadership development, specifically on strategy formulation, high performance teams, personal development, and coaching.
Dr. Tan has more than 38 years of experience in executive leadership. From 1990 to 1997, he served as president of the International School of Theology-Asia, and was concurrently the country director of Philippine Campus Crusade for Christ (PCCC). He founded GlobaLEAD, a training and consulting firm in San Diego, California with the express intent of bringing Christ to the workplace.
He is married to Wilma, and they have three married children, and six grandchildren.
