Before beginning his cross-cultural career in 2010, Dan was a product specialist in the sales operations groups of two large-power transformer manufacturers. This served him well by practicing “translating” engineering-speak into purchasing-speak and vice-versa. Before starting at IGSL in 2020, Dan and Louise served in a small Bible school in Merauke, Papua, Indonesia for 9 and 1/2 years.

Dan likes biking and taking long walks with his wife, Louise. Dan and Louise have three grown boys, Benjamin, Noah, and Daniel. and two new identical twin grandsons, Elijah and Wesley.
