December 2025

Dear IGSL Family,

Warm Christian greetings!

What a year 2025 has been. I’m sure that for each one of us, we have seen and experienced God do great things. Let me highlight three that we have experienced in IGSL this year.

First is the smooth leadership transition. We can’t thank you enough for praying with and for us during this crucial time. Change in any organization is not easy to navigate, but by God’s grace and through your active partnership, IGSL continues to thrive, focusing on our calling to build leaders for transformation.

Secondly, the 63 graduates in June who are now serving in 14 different countries in Asia and Africa, including 4 Filipinos in the Philippine Army and the Philippine Coast Guard. To date, there are 42 IGSL alumni in the uniformed services. Just a few weeks ago, our first uniformed graduate, John Jadloc, was promoted to the rank of Brigadier General in the Philippine Army. We thank God for these men and women who are making a stand for righteousness and integrity in the Philippine government and bringing the good news of salvation in Christ to the institutions and communities they serve.

With the moral decline we are experiencing in our government and society, more than ever, they hold a critical role as change catalysts where God has called them to serve.

Finally, for God’s provision for the different needs of the school, especially for the growing number of students. Andrew House, the renovated property at Rosal Street, houses 18 freshmen from 5 countries.

For these and much more, we give God all the glory and praises!
For from his fullness we have all received, grace upon grace. -John 1:16
For 2026, we are trusting God to meet the various needs of IGSL, enabling us to continue equipping Christian leaders.

For the remaining Php 34 M scholarship needs for the current school year.

For the remaining Php 26 M needed to run the various departments and ministries.

For Php 6.6 M for the Online Learning Hub, Asian Faculty Development, Staff Assistance, and Campus Improvement Projects.

Indeed, it takes the body of Christ to make disciples of all nations. Would you continue to pray with us, and together let’s entrust these needs to Jehovah Jireh, our Great Provider?

Again, thank you very much for your commitment to the Lord and His mission. Together, let’s continue developing servant-steward leaders for God’s glory here in Asia and beyond.

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you!

Serving with you in building leaders for transformation,

Great B. Mabuti, PhD
IGSL President

P.S.: After many prayers and follow-ups, our Donee Certificate was granted by BIR on December 18, 2025. Praise God! Thank you very much for praying with us.
