Purpose
The Master of Theology degree is an academic program designed to provide the student an opportunity for additional and advanced studies in the theological disciplines, particularly through training and practice in the use of the methods and tools of theological research.
Target Group
The Master of Theology program has been designed for students who have previously graduated from a three-year graduate program with the Master of Divinity degree or its equivalent and who desire to further his or her preparation for a pastoral or teaching ministry, or for doctoral studies.
Areas of Specialization/Majors
The degree of Master of Theology is offered in two major fields: Biblical Studies (Old Testament and New Testament Studies) and Theological Studies. Each student is required to major in one of these two fields of specialization.
